Thursday at Wesley Memorial chapel of the First United Meth\u00adodist church of Enid. Officiating will be Rev. John W. Dowdy, Dr. Irving L. Smith and Rev. Orville Parham.<\/p>\n<p>Keyser was born at Perry, Aug. 29, 1914, to George and Lottie (Acers) Keyser. He was a graduate of Perry high school and Cen\u00adtral State university. Keyser received his masters degree from West Texas State university at Canyon and was a music instructor for 36 years.<\/p>\n<p>He was band director at Hen\u00adnessey, Tipton, Altus, Medford, Meeker, Craig and Ringwood, Okla., and Memphis, Texas schools. He was married to Marguerite Dowdy, Aug. 30, 1940, at Okeene. The couple moved to Enid in 1968.<\/p>\n<p>Keyser was a member of the First United Methodist church of Enid and the National Teachers association.
