(Monroe) Lang<\/h1>\n<h3>December 11, 1904 &#8211; October 14, 1984 <\/h3>\n<p>Margaret G. Lang, 79, died at her home Sunday at her home at 1134 Kaw street.<\/p>\n<p>A double funeral with her husband James Ewell (Tiny) Lang, both well known in the Perry community, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First United Methodist church. In charge of the services will be Dr. Charles Sapp. The caskets will not be opened during the services. Burial for both will be at Grace Hill cemetery under direction of the Parker-Brown Funeral home. A memorial has been established for the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>She was born Dec. 11, 1904, in Perry, the daughter of Charles and Icie Monroe. She was a graduate of Perry high school and a graduate of Oklahoma A.&#038;M. college. She had taught in schools at Morrison, Perry and Shawnee.<\/p>\n<p>She and J. E. Lang were married in Perry Aug. 5, 1929. She was a member of the Methodist church, past president of Kappa Delta sorority, an honorary member of the Perry Study club, a member of Marigold garden club and was a member of the Business and Professional Women&#8217;s club.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include one brother, Charles Monroe, Albuquerque, N.M.; a nephew, Charles Monore III, Albuquerque; and a niece.
