He was 78.<\/p>\n<p>Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Greenwood Funeral Home. Burial will be in Moore Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Arlington, TX.<\/p>\n<p>The son of Louis Emil and Girtha Ellen (Scrivner) Plumer, Mr. Plumer was born in Lucien, Okla., and had lived in Fort Worth since 1956.
