W. Edmondson, route one Perry and says that her plans for the future are indefinite.<\/p>\n<p>Shorthand has been her favorite class in school.  She takes park in the activities of the Zeta Chi organization and the Y-Teens.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"two_third last_column\">\n<h1>Carole Dee (Edmondson) Goodspeed<\/h1>\n<h3>November 3, 1931 &#8211; May 24, 2018<\/h3>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/perryokalumni.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Lifetime_Member_small.png\" alt=\"\" style=\"float:left; margin-right: 5px;\"\/>Carole  Dee  Goodspeed  was  born  November 3, 1931, in Perry, Oklahoma, to Pete and Edna Edmondson and passed away  Friday, May 24, 2018, at the age of 86. <\/p>\n<p>Carole was married to the love of her life, Palmer Goodspeed, and they loved to travel together. When she was younger, Carole worked for the Civil Service at Fort Polk military base. Palmer was in the military so they moved a time or two.  <\/p>\n<p>After  years  of  demanding  work  Carole  fully enjoyed being a retired  woman. She took naps quite often and enjoyed her crossword puzzles. She also enjoyed reading. She could get lost in a book for hours. Carole was sweet and kind-hearted person who would drop what she was doing to help someone in need. After retirement she would volunteer her time at the Green Valley Nursing Home as well as the hospital in Perry.
