St.Clair, 69, brother of H. M. St.Clair of Perry, died Monday in an Azusa, Calif., hospital, following an illness.<\/p>\n<p>Services will be at 8:30 a.m. Friday in Cobina, Calif.  Burial will be in a Cobina cemetery.<\/p>\n<p>St. Clair, son of Hugh Edmond and Amelda Nancy &#8220;Millie&#8221; (Mack) St.Clair, born February 28, 1898, in Spiritlake, Iowa, was reared in Perry.  He was the husband of the former Ethel Edmiston, also formerly of Perry.  Their home was in Azusa, Calif.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to his wife and brother, survivors include two sons, Charles and John; a daughter, Ethel Marie, two sisters, Mrs. Henry G.
