Rev. W. T. Dunn, pastor of the Calvary Baptist church, will officiate.<\/p>\n<p>Payne was the son of Ted and Ruby Payne,  He was born Aug. 20, 1926, at Perry.  He graduated from Perry high school and married Betty Swendig on Nov. 11, 1948, at Stillwater.<\/p>\n<p>Payne moved to Houston in 1968 and returned to Perry in 1983.
