Burial will be at Grace Hill cemetery under direction of Parker-Brown Funeral home.  Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist church or to benefit heart disease or diabetes research.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Foster, the daughter of Milton and Nettie May Shultz, was born south of Billings, Oct. 28, 1901.
