The service will be in charge of Rev. Bervin Caswell, pastor of the Methodist church.  Burial will be under direction of the Parker funeral home.  <\/p>\n<p>Born April 9, 1906, in Fairfax, S. D., he was married June 23, 1929, in Oklahoma City to the former Irene Stewart, who survives.  He graduated from Perry high school in 1924 and attended the Kansas City College of Pharmacy, graduating in 1928.  <\/p>\n<p>Hamous returned to Perry in 1931 to work as a pharmacist for the City drug store and later for the Brownie drug until opening his own store in 1939 with a partner, J. M. Hopper.<\/p>\n<p>He was a member of the Methodist church.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to his wife of the home, survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Barbara Barker, Pernell, Okla.; and Judy and Kara Sue Hamous of the home; his mother, Mrs. Esther Kolks, Glasgow, Mo.; two brothers, Glen Hamous, Enid; and Ronald Hamous, Appleton, Wis.; four sisters, Mrs. R. N.
