Arrangements for services were pending Monday at San Diego.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Brown was born Nov. 22, 1916, near Red Rock, Oklahoma, to Joseph Spencer and Willa Lenora (Bagby) Province. She graduated from Perry high school in 1935 and was a graduate of Tulsa Business college. Mrs Brown worked at the First National bank at Tulsa from 1948-52.<\/p>\n<p>She served as a lieutenant in the WAVES in the coast guard during World war II. Mrs. Brown had been employed as secretary to a naval officer in San Diego 15 years. <\/p>\n<p>She was married to Murl D. Brown in 1946 at Biloxi, Miss. He works with the Internal Revenue Service at San Diego.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors other than her husband include two brothers, John Province, Bartlesville, and Raymond Province, Long Beach, Calif.; and three sisters, Mrs. Lucille Clements, Seattle, Wash.; Mrs. Helen Burke, Oceanside, Calif.; and Mrs. W.
