He was born Oct. 13, 1940, in Perry, and has attended Perry schools the past eight years.  Previously, he was a student at Oak Hill.  His favorite subjects are physics, chemistry, and Problems of American Democracy.  His hobby is mechanics.  Harrison, who plans to attend Oklahoma State university, has been in the band two years and was in the Future Farmers of America from 1954 through 1957.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"two_third last_column\">\n<h1>Harrison William Alexander, Jr.<\/h1>\n<h3>October 13, 1940 &#8211; November 14, 1991<\/h3>\n<p>Bill Alexander, 51, southeast of Perry, died at 7:20 a.m. Thursday at Mercy Health Center at Oklahoma City.<\/p>\n<p>Born at Perry, Oct. 13, 1940, he was the son of Harrison and Halsene Alexander. He was a graduate of Perry high school and attended Oklahoma State university.<\/p>\n<p>He and Nancy Rucker were married at Morrison on Aug. 11, 1974. Alexander was a farmer and mechanic. He was a member of the Sumner Baptist church.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Mrs. Alexander, of the home, survivors include six daughters, Jodi Mount, Atlanta, Ga., Judi Krause, Plano, Texas, Joni Kessler, Mabank, Texas, Jeri Skinner, Bristow, Doreen Shelley, Perry, and Debra Johnson, Yale; four sons, Jon Alexander and Darrin Rucker, both of Perry, Daniel Rucker, Tampa, Fla., and Mike Alexander, of the home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Alexander, Perry; a brother, Leonard Alexander, Broken Bow; a sister, Rhodora Howell, Red Oak, Texas; and seven grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>\ufeffFuneral will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the chapel at Brown Funeral home.  Albert Quick, pastor of Sumner Baptist church, will officiate. Burial will be at Grace Hill cemetery.
