Nemec<\/h1>\n<h3>June 12, 1916 &#8211; August 8, 1977<\/h3>\n<p>Funeral has been set for 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First United Methodist church for Stanly Nemec, 61, 916 Sixth street, who died at 6 a.m. Monday at Perry Memorial hospital after an illness of three and one-half years.<\/p>\n<p>Rev William Higgins, pastor, will officiate.  Burial will be at Grace Hill cemetery under direction of Parker Funeral home.<\/p>\n<p>Born June 12, 1916, at Perry, to John and Christina Nemec, he was a lifelong resident of the Perry area.  He had farmed north of Perry and had been a county road patrol operator.<\/p>\n<p>He was a 1935 graduate of Perry high school and attended Ponca City business college.  He was married Aug. 24, 1940, at Guthrie, to the former Helen Soulek, who survives.
