Blankenship, 86, of 12300 Vonn Road, Largo, Florida, died Tuesday, August 17, 1982.  <\/p>\n<p>Daughter of Edker H. and Edna Grace (Lupher) Lambert, she was born January 5, 1896, in Perry, Oklahoma,<\/p>\n<p>She was a 1913 graduate of Perry high school.  On July 31, 1917 she and Wiley W. Blankenship were married in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
