Rev. Marvin Henschel, Ponca City, will officiate. Burial will be at Grace Hill cemetery under direction of Parker-Brown Funeral home.  A memorial has been established to benefit the building fund of Christ Lutheran church.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Tappe, daughter of Arthur and Geraldine Deken, was born at Hutchison, Kan., June 15, 1943. She came to the local area with her family in 1947. Mrs. Tappe was a 1961 graduate of Perry high school and on Aug. 11, 1961, was married to Fred Tappe at Perry.<\/p>\n<p>She was a member of Christ Lutheran church and previously had been an employee of Green Valley Nursing home and Perry Memorial hospital.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to her husband, survivors include and two daughters, Sarah Tappe, and Leasa Katheryn Tappe, and a son, Russell Tappe, all of the home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Art Deken, Perry; two sisters, Patty Rank, Topeka, Kan.; and Mary Jo Shupe, Morrison; and two brothers, James Deken, Bentonville, Ark., and John Deken, Moore.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"page-FullWidth.php","meta":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/perryokalumni.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/15571"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/perryokalumni.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/perryokalumni.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/perryokalumni.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/perryokalumni.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=15571"}],"version-history":[{"count":6,"href":"https:\/\/perryokalumni.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/15571\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":15618,"href":"https:\/\/perryokalumni.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/15571\/revisions\/15618"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/perryokalumni.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=15571"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
