Francis, 79, of Oklahoma City, OK, went to be with his Lord Tuesday, December 10, 1991.  <\/p>\n<p>He was born October 31, 1912, to Dr. John Wesley and Rachel Lillian (Tautfest) Francis, in Arkansas City, AR.  He graduated from Perry high school in 1935.<\/p>\n<p>Owen was a retired photographer and a member of Crossroads Cathedral.<\/p>\n<p>He is survived by wife, Mildred, of the home; grandson, Ira William Miller, Daniel Dean Francis, Michael John Francis, and Owen Wesley Francis III; 11 great-grandchildren and other relatives.<\/p>\n<p>Services 2:00 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, Rosewood Funeral Chapel.  Burial will be at Sunny Lane Cemetery, in Del City.
