She is the 17-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John P. Palovik, route 4, Perry.  She lives at 708 Holly street with her sister, Miss Delores Palovik.  Patricia Ann, a member of the National Honor society, has received her schooling at New Hope and Perry.  She was born Oct. 11, 1934, in Perry.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"two_third last_column\">\n<h1>Patricia Ann (Palovik) Lewis<\/h1>\n<h3>October 11, 1934 &#8211; July 24, 1999<\/h3>\n<p>Patricia Ann Lewis, 64, a homemaker who was raised and educated in Perry passed away in Hanford, CA, on Saturday, July 24, 1999.<\/p>\n<p>Born on October 11, 1934, in Perry, she was the daughter of John and Charlotte Palovik. She married Ben Lewis in Perry on July 2, 1955.<\/p>\n<p>She was a telephone operator in Perry and moved to California in 1964 where she was employed an Instructional Aid for Hanford Elementary Schools for 15 years. Lewis was a member of St. Brigid&#8217;s Catholic Church in Hanford and enjoyed traveling, reading and playing bridge.<\/p>\n<p>Preceding her in death were her brother, Duane Palovik; and a sister, Helen Marie Murch.<\/p>\n<p>She is survived by her husband Ben Lewis, Hanford; two sons, Mark and wife, Daisy Lewis, Yosemite Lakes Park, CA, and Kurt and wife, Jill Lewis, Hanford; two daughters, Linda and husband, Nick LaRue, Ravenden Springs, AR, and Lori Lewis, Hanford; a brother, John L. Palovik, Tulsa; a sister, Delores Patak, Perry; seven grandchildren, Jennifer and Ashton Lewis, Taryn and Jordan Lewis, Matthew and Joel La Rue, and Sarah Wattigney; and one great grandchild, Kirsten Wattigney. <\/p>\n<p>Rosary services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 4, 1999, at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Perry.
