He was a member of the student council from 1942 until his induction into the navy.  Leo was also a member of the Alpha Eta organization, DeJolay, the Baptist church, and active in basketball and football in Perry high school.<\/p>\n<p>He received his grade schooling in Pawhuska, Pawnee and in Perry.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"two_third last_column\">\n<h1>Leo Edman King<\/h1>\n<h3>February 24, 1926 &#8211; September 19, 2009<\/h3>\n<p>Leo King, 83, of Paris, Arkansas, died Saturday, September 19, 2009, in Booneville, AR.<\/p>\n<p>He was born February 24, 1926, in Clovis, New Mexico, to Mr. &#038; Mrs. George King.<\/p>\n<p>He was a Safety Engineer for Penrod Oil Company in Oklahoma for many years. <\/p>\n<p>Leo was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Eleanor (Christy) King; one son, Butch King and a sister, Joann Boyd.<\/p>\n<p>Leo is survived by one daughter, J. J.
