She also attended Hill&#8217;s Business College. Shelby worked for the Public Warehouse Company for over 25 years and part-time for Apollo Warehouse.<\/p>\n<p>She was a long time member of Crestwood Baptist Church. Shelby was also a member of Kappa Delta Phi Sorority for many years, serving as National Corresponding Secretary for two years and National Vice President one year.<\/p>\n<p>Shelby was born May 9, 1916, in Mulhall, to Tom and Emma Williams. She died May 12, 1999.<\/p>\n<p>She is survived by her sisters, Truth Cain, Amarillo, TX and Mrs. Richard Grant, Mercedes, TX; three nieces, Mrs. Roger Rose, Amarillo, TX, Mrs. Tom Board, Denver, CO and Mrs. David Guggisberg, Wichita, KS; a nephew, Tom Cain, Detroit, MI; seven great nephews, Paul Donovan, Mikel, Jason and Josh Cain, T.J. Board and Scott and Grant Guggisberg; two great nieces, Sharla Gehrer and Amy Board; one great, great niece, Shannon Gehrer; and a great nephew Mikennon Donovan.<\/p>\n<p>In compliance with Shelby&#8217;s request, her body has been donated to the University of Oklahoma Medical School.
