Gene Lamb will officiate at services scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday at the Sherman-Demuth chapel at 1145 West Britton road, Oklahoma City. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Friday at McGuire cemetery, northeast of Lucien.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Woodall was born April 28, 1899, at Perry, the daughter of Albert L and Sarah Jane Davis. <\/p>\n<p>She and James F. &#8220;Jim&#8221; Woodall were united in marriage on September 16, 1920.
