The 17-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. L. Barnes, route 4, Perry, was born in Garber and attended Hunter grade school.  This year she was a member of the Red Hots, girls glee club, a band sextet, senior play, and senior assembly.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"two_third last_column\">\n<h1>Stacia Dorene (Barnes) Kegans<\/h1>\n<h3>December 19, 1932 &#8211; November 7, 2000<\/h3>\n<p>\ufeffStacia D. Kegans, 67, Perry, died at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2000, at the Perry Memorial Hospital after a valiant struggle with cancer.<\/p>\n<p>Born Dec. 9, 1932, near Garber, OK, she was the daughter of Stacy L. and Violet I. (Hucherson) Barnes. She was married to Jim Kegans.  <\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Kegans was a 38-year employee of International Crystal Manufacturing of Oklahoma City, OK. She was a lifetime Methodist and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Perry.<\/p>\n<p>Kegans also was a 27-year member of the Outlaw Mixed Bowling League at Planet Bowl in Midwest City, OK.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include her husband, Jim Kegans, of the home; her mother, Violet Barnes, Oklahoma City, OK; one son, Randy L. Kegans and wife Linda, Oklahoma City, OK; a stepson, Dennis L. Hart and wife Lynn, Tucson, AZ; two stepdaughters, Carla Moore and husband Lyle, Shalimar, FL, and Kristi Cardinal, Baton Rouge, LA; two granddaughters, Courtney Kegans, Oklahoma City, OK, and Raechel Cardinal, Baton Rouge, LA; a grandson, Blake Cardinal, Baton Rouge, LA; a brother, Billy P. Barnes, Garden Grove, CA; two sisters-in-law, Dottie Aschner, North Richland Hills, TX, and Nevonna Kegans, Tonkawa, OK; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.<\/p>\n<p>Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 10, 2000, at the First United Methodist Church. Rev. Ron Weathers will officiate.
