On August 25, 1967, he and Wilma Ruth Pennington were married at Perry.<\/p>\n<p>He worked as a machinist at Charles Machine Works, Inc. Robert was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church and had served in the Oklahoma National Guard.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to his wife, Wilma Ruth Pennington Frazier, survivors are his mother, Hazel May Gray Frazier, of Perry; four sons, Troy Frazier and his wife, Pearl, of Guthrie, Oklahoma, Matt Frazier and Robbie Frazier and his wife, Elizabeth, all of Perry, and Nathan Frazier, of Hominy, Oklahoma; one daughter, Brandy Frazier Webb and her husband, Darren, of Perry; two brothers, David Frazier and Ron Frazier, both of Perry; two sisters, Sally Frazier and Kathy Frazier Taylor, both of Perry; and three grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>Robert was preceded in death by his father, Rayborn Frazier.<\/p>\n<p>Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 24, 2003, at the Calvary Baptist Church. Rev. Roger Dunn will officiate. Interment will be in the Union Cemetery at Billings, Oklahoma.
