He was a graduate of Perry High School and Phillips University in Enid, Okla.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Webb had been an employee for about 20 years of Union Pacific Resources Co., where he was an accountant. He was a member of Grace Temple Church.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include his wife, Karen Webb of Fort Worth; son, Jayson Webb of Fort Worth; parents, Francis and Vallie Webb of Perry, Okla; two brothers, Gaylen Webb of San Antonio and Max Webb of Tonkawa, Okla.; and a sister, Delores Patton of Canyon.<\/p>\n<p>Funeral will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow at Grace Temple Church.
