She was 90. <\/p>\n<p>Born Nov. 21, 1914, in Red Rock, Okla., she was the daughter of Joseph Spencer and Willa Lenora (Bagby) Province. She graduated from Perry High School in 1933.<\/p>\n<p>She married William C. &#8220;Bill&#8221; Hartman on Oct. 18, 1935.
