Ishkadah &#8217;19.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;But there&#8217;s mischief in her eye.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"two_third last_column\">\n<h1>Daisy Irene (Embrey) Dobbins<\/h1>\n<h3>February 21, 1901 &#8211; April 25, 1996<\/h3>\n<p>Daisy Irene Dobbins, 95, of Winfield, Kansas, died Thursday, April 25, 1996. <\/p>\n<p>Born February 21, 1901, in Kansas, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John T. Embrey.  She graduated from Perry High School in 1920 and taught at Elm Grove rural school before attending college in Edmond.  <\/p>\n<p>She and James William Dobbins were married.  They had one daughter, Joyce.  Both &#8220;Bill&#8221; and Joyce predeceased Mrs. Dobbins.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Dobbins was a retired grocer and restaurant owner and operator in Winfield.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include her brothers, Jack Embrey of Winfield, Edward Embrey of Frederick, Md., and Ralph Embrey of Denver. <\/p>\n<p>Service will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Highland Cemetery, Winfield, Kansas.
