He was in basketball 1968-69 and track 1969-70.  He enjoys fishing and hunting and listening to music.  Government and psychology are his favorite subjects.  He plans to be employed after graduation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"two_third last_column\">\n<h1>Darrell Dean Karcher<\/h1>\n<h3>September 5, 1952 &#8211; December 17, 2020<\/h3>\n<p>Mr. Darrell Dean Karcher of Perry passed away December 17, 2020. <\/p>\n<p>He was born on September 5, 1952, the son of Ewald Rudolph Karcher and Mertie Juanita (Melton) Karcher. Darrell attended Perry schools, graduating from Perry High School in the spring of 1970. <\/p>\n<p>He worked as a truck driver for many years, but he loved running cattle and farming. <\/p>\n<p>Darrell was a baseball fan. He regularly attended the games of his favorite team, the St. Louis Cardinals. <\/p>\n<p>Darrell loved his family. He was a devoted son who always brought his mom gardenias on Mother\u2019s Day. He also tried his best to spoil the grandkids.
