She was a resident of Bethany, Oklahoma.<\/p>\n<p>Born December 6, 1952, in Odessa, TX, she was the daughter of Charlie Bennett Shelton and Mary Ailcy Manley. She graduated from Perry High School in 1971.<\/p>\n<p>She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Greg Powell. <\/p>\n<p>Sara is survived by her son, Robert W.
