Her father is deceased.  She was born Sept. 23, 1940, in Perry, and has attended only local schools.  Her hobby is twirling, and she has been a twirler in the Maroon band.  Other activities include Future Teachers club, junior and senior class plays, Red Hots, all-school review, class assemblies, and library staff.  Her favorite subject is shorthand.  She plans to enter Oklahoma State university.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"two_third last_column\">\n<h1>Janice Blanche (Moore) Billingsley<\/h1>\n<h3>September 23, 1940 &#8211; February 18, 2022<\/h3>\n<p>Janice (Jan) Billingsley, 81, passed away Friday, February 18, 2021, at her home in Perry. <\/p>\n<p>Born September 23, 1940, in Perry, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Lloyd Moore and Hazel McMullen Moore. Jan grew up in Perry and attended Perry High School, graduating with the Class of 1958. <\/p>\n<p>She married Gary Billingsley on April 3, 1964, and worked as a bookkeeper for her husband\u2019s electrical company. She was the mother of one son and two daughters.<\/p>\n<p>Jan loved flowers and working in her yard. She was involved in the First United Methodist Church, Friendly Community Fellowship, and was active with her grandchildren and all their activities including softball, FFA, stock shows, rodeo play days, and always attended the Cherokee Strip Parade. She loved her pets, which included dogs and cats, but her favorite was her dog Ellie.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include: her children, Darren Billingsley and wife Tammy of Perry, Dana Eckhart and husband Brian of Edmond, and Dawna Hinman and husband Roy of Ponca City; grandchildren, Joshua Billingsley and wife Brianna and Jordan Billingsley and wife Myranda, all of Lucien, Oklahoma, Sydney Eckhart, Zachary Eckhart and Emily Eckhart, all of Edmond, Bailey Holt and wife Lacy, Billings and Parker Hughes of Tonkawa; and great-grandchildren, Benjamin Stoll of Billings, Darcy Billingsley and Sawyer Billingsley, both of Lucien; one sister, Phyllis Oliphant, Norman; and many nieces, nephews and friends.<\/p>\n<p>She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Sister Marilyn Eby, and two brothers Kenneth Dalrymple and Donald Dalrymple.<\/p>\n<p>Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, February 21, at the First United Methodist Church in Perry.  Rev. Hagen Jackson will officiate.
