W. Whitaker, 621 Kaw street.  He plans to enroll at Oklahoma Statue university after graduation.  Born Sept 4, 1946, in Guthrie, Whitaker is drum major of the Perry Maroon band.  He has been a member of the band since 1959.  He played basketball and baseball, 1961-62, and wrestled his senior year.  He was in the 1964 senior play and 1963 junior play.  Whitaker attended school in Britton before coming to Perry in 1961.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"two_third last_column\">\n<h1>Major Willis &#8220;Bill&#8221; Whitaker<\/h1>\n<h3>September 4, 1946 \u2013 July 11, 2022<\/h3>\n<p>Major Willis &#8220;Bill&#8221; Whitaker Jr., age 75, of Park Hill, Oklahoma, passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022, in Broken Arrow, OK. <\/p>\n<p>Major was born September 4, 1946, in Guthrie, Oklahoma.  He graduated from Perry High School in 1964 and was a secondary school teacher.<\/p>\n<p>No services are planned.
