She is the daughter of L. J. Rollins, 301 Jackson street, and was born Sept. 10, 1930, in Woodward.<\/p>\n<p>Before coming to Perry, Frances was in Oklahoma City and Bethany grade schools, and attended Bethany and Bentonville, Arkansas, high schools.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"two_third last_column\">\n<h1>Frances DeLoice (Rollins) Taylor<\/h1>\n<h3>September 10, 1930 &#8211; April 21, 1999<\/h3>\n<p> Frances DeLoice Rollins passed from this life on Wednesday, April 21, 1999. <\/p>\n<p>She was born September 10, 1930, in Woodward County, Oklahoma, to Laurrant Jason Rollins and Addie Faye Hagerman Rollins. She graduated from Perry High School in Perry, Oklahoma, in 1948.  <\/p>\n<p>She married Linford Taylor on December 23, 1950, in a double wedding with Mr. and Mrs. Bob Rau.  Linford was preparing to serve his country in Korea at that time. Frances moved to Wichita to be closer to her family while Linford was in Korea and she worked at Boeing.
