Cliff grew up in Enid, Oklahoma, before moving to Perry, Oklahoma, where he attended school. <\/p>\n<p>He was a carpenter with his grandfather Ivan Koch. <\/p>\n<p>Cliff enjoyed drawing, TV, his pets, and just driving around in the country.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include his mother and stepfather Sue and Jerry Lowry of Perry, Oklahoma; one sister Donna Smith; one brother Travis Lowry, both of Perry, Oklahoma; niece Courtney and husband Josh West of Edmond, Oklahoma; nephews Carl Conrad and Zack Lowry, both of Perry, Oklahoma; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.<\/p>\n<p>He was preceded in death by his father Don Smith and grandparents Ivan and Hilda Koch.<\/p>\n<p>Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 3, 2016, at the Ceres Cemetery near Red Rock, Oklahoma, with Pastor Kim Hays of the First Baptist Church officiating.
