Harsh, 92, Oklahoma City, died April 26, 1993. <\/p>\n<p>Born in Easton, Mo., on July 25, 1900, she was the daughter of Rufus Edward and Ida G (Barr) Bagby.  <\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Harsh was a longtime resident of Ponca City, OK, where she served 25 years on the library board. She was also a member of PEO, Pi Beta Phi, D.A.R., as well as numerous other civic, educational and cultural organizations. <\/p>\n<p>She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee C. Harsh.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include a son, R. Stanley Harsh of Winchester, Va.; two daughters, Virginia Lynn of Oklahoma City and Elizabeth Dawson of Palos Verdes, Calif.; nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren. <\/p>\n<p>Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 29, at the First Presbyterian Church in Ponca City, OK.
