Burgi, 91, a Tustin, California, homemaker, died Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Born in Perry, Oklahoma, on April 4, 1902, she was the daughter of Charles Luther and Rosette Emily Heil Ritter.  She graduated from Perry high in 1921.<\/p>\n<p>She and Ernest Alfred Burgi were married in September, 1925, in Wichita, Kansas.
