Chelf, 77, of Charlotte Harbor, Florida, died on October 21, 1980.<\/p>\n<p>Born in Garfield County, Oklahoma, on July 20, 1903, he was the son of Felix Johnson Chelf and Loretta Gertrude Dunbar Chelf.  Although the family lived in Hayward, Tom attended Perry high school, graduating in 1923.<\/p>\n<p>On July 5, 1923, he and Catherine Roach married in Kingfisher, Oklahoma.  To this union three children were born: Jack Thomas, John Vincent, and Jeraldine. <\/p>\n<p>Most of Tom&#8217;s employment was with the Oklahoma Highway department in western Oklahoma.  They also lived in Denver, Colorado.<\/p>\n<p>Services will be in Enid, Oklahoma.
