He graduated from Perry high in 1958.    <\/p>\n<p>On April 17, 1958, Ken and Eugenia &#8220;Rachel&#8221; Kent, were married.  Their first home was in Perry where Ken began working at Charles Machine Works, before enlisting in the Marines. To this union six children were born.  <\/p>\n<p>Following the couple&#8217;s divorce, Ken married Sandra Lea Wingert and they had two more children.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Perry, Ken lived in Arkansas and Kansas.<\/p>\n<p>Preceding him in death were: children with his first wife, Jeffery Clark Brand (2003) and daughter, Anna Maria (1992); wife, Sandra (2000); children with Sandra, Samuel Ray Brand (1999) and daughter Regina Lynn Brand (1993).<\/p>\n<p>Survivors are: sons Earl of Wichita, Kansas, Bob of Colorado, and Troy of Colorado; daughter Rachel Smith of Arkansas City, Kansas. Other survivors are: a sister, Beverly Hoskins of Wichita, Kansas; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>Private family services pending.
