Born April 4, 1940, in Stillwater, he is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ross LeGate, 512 Noble street.  He also has attended schools in New Mexico and Louisiana.  He has been an honor society member and has taken part in school programs.  Mathematics and chemistry are his favorite subjects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"two_third last_column\">\n<h1>John Alvin LeGate<\/h1>\n<h3>April 4, 1940 &#8211; July 7, 2007<\/h3>\n<p>John A. LeGate, 67, Pawhuska, Oklahoma, died Saturday, July 7, 2007, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.<\/p>\n<p>Born in Stillwater, Oklahoma, on April 4, 1940, he was the son of Ross and Ruthe Olga Capps LeGate.  Following his graduation from Perry high school in 1959, he took a job at M &#038; W food store, before enrolling at Northeastern State college.<\/p>\n<p>On July 31, 1965, he and Patricia Sue Bolles-Doke were married in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
