Kasl, 85, homemaker and resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021. <\/p>\n<p>Born in Perry, Oklahoma on May 14, 1936, she was the daughter of Urban Starlin and Ruth (Stephens) Anderson.
