Frailey, route 2, Perry, was born July 1, 1951, in Stillwater, but has attended only Perry schools.  His interests and activities have included participation in football, basketball, golf, and Future Farmers of America.  He plans to attend Central State college, Edmond.  Tom&#8217;s favorite hobby is golf, and he is one of the top members of the Maroon golf team.  His favorite subject is English.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"two_third last_column\">\n<h1>Tom Allen Frailey<\/h1>\n<h3>July 1, 1951 \u2014 September 14, 2025<\/h3>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/perryokalumni.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Lifetime_Member_small.png\" alt=\"\" style=\"float:left; margin-right: 5px;\"\/>Tom Frailey, 74, of Chickasha, Oklahoma passed from this life Sunday, September 14, 2025, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.<\/p>\n<p>Born July 1, 1951, in Stillwater, Oklahoma he was the son of Raymond Lloyd Frailey and Bertha Frances (Stehno) Frailey. He grew up in Perry and graduated from Perry High School in 1969. He graduated from Central State University (UCO) in 1973 earning a bachelor\u2019s with a major in business and a minor in psychology. And in 1976, he received a Juris Doctor from OU Law School.<\/p>\n<p>On March 15, 1968, he married Jackie Yeargin, and they shared over 57 wonderful years together.<\/p>\n<p>Tom began his internship at Vaughn, Stack, and Huckaby in 1975, eventually settling in Chickasha and later becoming partner, retiring in July 2017. He was the Chickasha City Attorney for over 40 years and also served as the City Attorney for Marlow, Comanche, Rush Springs and Alex. He was a Bar Examiner, creating a question for the Bar Exam and grading that question.<\/p>\n<p>Tom was a quiet man that loved his family. He enjoyed time spent at their lake house, fishing and hunting. He loved playing and watching golf.
