He plans to enroll at Oklahoma State university after graduation.  David is the 17-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Rayborn Frazier, route 4, Perry.  He has been an active member at the Perry Future Farmers of American chapter four years.  Frazier was born Decemb3er 31, 1941, in Perry.  He also has participated in wrestling.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"two_third last_column\">\n<h1>David Ray Frazier<\/h1>\n<h3>December 31, 1941 \u2014 June 3, 2026<\/h3>\n<p>David Ray Frazier, a beloved and respected member of the Perry, Oklahoma community, passed away on June 3, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Born on December 31, 1941, in Perry, David lived a life marked by dedication, hard work, and an unwavering love for his family and the outdoors.<\/p>\n<p>David\u2019s life was a testament to his character: a hardworking, loving, and caring man of few words, who was known far and wide for his impressive knowledge, especially as a numbers man and outdoorsman. His skills were many\u2014a jack of all trades\u2014and his passion for hunting, fishing, and identifying animals and plants was shared generously with family and friends. Whether it was tending to his beloved koi, piecing together jigsaw puzzles with his sister Sally, or volunteering at the local food pantry, David\u2019s spirit of service and generosity was always evident.<\/p>\n<p>He was a proud veteran, having served four years in the United States Navy aboard the USS Perry DD-844, an experience that held a special place in his heart alongside countless reunions. Professionally, David dedicated 39 years to Ditch Witch, a career punctuated by integrity and diligence.<\/p>\n<p>Family was his greatest pride\u2014he cherished 59 years of marriage to his devoted wife Linda Frazier. Together, they raised children who were the center of his world: his son David Frazier and daughter-in-law Kelly, and his daughter Laura Wilcoxson. His legacy extends through his grandchildren Aaron Frazier, Jacquelyn Schwickerath, Brendan Schwickerath, Cameron Wilcoxson, and his great-grandchild Linkin Frazier. The warmth of family gatherings was always present in David\u2019s life, from Tuesday evening dinners to Independence Day fireworks, church services with lunch at Macarena, hunting and fishing trips with his son and grandson, and countless memories of him cooking marshmallows to perfection or quietly rubbing his wife&#8217;s back.<\/p>\n<p>He is survived by his loving spouse Linda Frazier, son David Frazier and wife Kelly, daughter Laura Wilcoxson, sister Sally Frazier, sister Kathy Taylor and husband John, brother Ron Frazier and wife Nancy, brother-in-law Mike Marshall, grandchildren Aaron Frazier, Jacquelyn Schwickerath, Brendan Schwickerath, Cameron Wilcoxson, great grandchild Linkin Frazier, wide circle of nieces and nephews, friends who&#8217;s lives he touched deeply.<\/p>\n<p>David was preceded in death by his parents Rayborn and Hazel Frazier, his brother Robert Frazier, his mother and father-in-law Joyce and Francis Layton, LD and Tressie Marshall, and sister-in-law Judy Dyer.<\/p>\n<p>A service to honor David\u2019s memory will be held on June 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM at First Christian Church, 701 Holly Street, Perry, Oklahoma.
