Rev. Lynn Scott will officiate. Burial will be in Grace Hill cemetery.<\/p>\n<p>The casket will be open at the funeral home until 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, but will not be opened at the service.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Foster was born in Avoca, WI on Dec. 31, 1896. Her parents were Dr. W.C. Marshall and his wife, Evelyn. She attended St. Joseph Academy and Perry High School.<\/p>\n<p>In 1917, she and Joe H. Foster Jr. were married. Mrs. Foster served as Noble County Tag Agent for 26 years.
