Wynona June Spillman, daughter of Henry Spillman, route 2, Perry, came to Perry high school in her senior year, having spent her first three high school years at Hayward. During her years at HHS, she served as cheer leader and was a member of the junior senior play. She was a member of the library staff at the Perry school this year. June attended grade school at Perry and Sumner. Following her graduation, she plans to be married.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

June 6, 1930 – October 6, 2009<\/h3>\n

Wynona June Spillman McGuar Bezdicek, 79, of Perry, died Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2009, at her home.<\/p>\n

Born June 6, 1930, in Perry, she was the daughter of Henry and Sibyl Guthrie Spillman. She was a 1950 graduate of Perry High School. <\/p>\n

She and Raymond Lee McGuar were married June 6, 1950, in Orlando. They lived in Enid for 17 years, where she worked at Gibson\u2019s and Newman\u2019s Clothing Store before moving to Perry in 1972. He died May 24, 1995.<\/p>\n

On Nov. 8, 1997, she married Charles J. Bezdicek in Perry. He died Nov. 8, 2008.<\/p>\n

She worked at Sears, Mongomery Ward\u2019s, Ragsdale\u2019s Hardware and the city of Perry until May 1998, retiring after more than 20 years. She was a member of First Christian Church, Women\u2019s Guild and Perry Progress Club.<\/p>\n

Surviving are two sons, Randy McGuar of Perry and Ricky McGuar of Glencoe; one stepson, Robert Bezdicek of Tulsa; one stepdaughter, Tana Fraire of Perry; one brother, Jack Spillman of Tulsa; four granddaughters; and seven stepgrandchildren.<\/p>\n

In addition to both husbands, Raymond and Charles, she was preceded in death by one stepson.<\/p>\n

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, 2009, at First Christian Church, Perry. The Rev. Martin Foster will officiate. Burial will be in Grace Hill Cemetery, Perry.
