He attended Perry schools and served with the United States Army and National Guard.<\/p>\n<p>He was preceded in death by his father.<\/p>\n<p>Among survivors are his mother, Dixie Mills, of the home address; two brothers, Kelly Mills, with the United States Navy; and Khris Mills, Perry; a son, Jason Ray Mills, Wewoka; a daughter, Jennifer Mills, Wewoka; and his grandmother, Mrs. Opal Mills, Perry.<\/p>\n<p>Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Parker-Brown chapel. In charge of services will be Rev. Rick Markham, pastor of First Baptist church.
