He was born in Perry Nov. 21, 1930, the son of Mr. and Mrs. H. G. Mills, 723 Ninth street.  His grade school years were spent in Perry but he attended high schools in Hobbs, N. M., and Brownfield, Texas, before enrolling at PHS.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"two_third last_column\">\n<h1>Richard Henry Mills<\/h1>\n<h3>November 21, 1929 &#8211; August 22, 1983<\/h3>\n<p>\ufeffRichard Henry Mills, 52, 1404 Eighth street, was found dead at his home early Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Mills was born in Perry, Nov. 21, 1929, the son of H. G. and Opal (Hughes) Mills. He was a graduate of Perry high school. He and Dixie Myers were married Oct. 2, 1954, at Stillwater.<\/p>\n<p>Mills served with the United States Army in Korea and was a mechanic with the state department of transportation for 26 years.
