Officiating was Rev. Jim Gentry. Burial was under direction of Brown Funeral Home.<\/p>\n<p>Born Feb. 12, 1912, at Macomb, Okla., she was the daughter of Louis and May Klinglesmith. She came to the Perry area in 1926. <\/p>\n<p>She was married Nov. 5, 1932, to Eddie Cooper, who died in 1949.<\/p>\n<p>She was married Aug. 7, 1950, to Grant Sherrard, who survives. Mrs. Sherrard had worked 30 years at the Cooper Motor Co. and was a member of the First Baptist church.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include her husband, Grant Sherrard, of the home; three daughters, Shirley Rae Smoot, Altus; Joan Melicher, Riverside, Calif.; and Gaynell Fagan, Ontario, Calif.; one son, LeRoy Sherrard, Upland, Calif.; two brothers, Don Klinglesmith, Perry, and Billy Don Klinglesmith, Santo, Texas; and four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, three brothers and two grandchildren.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"page-FullWidth.php","meta":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/perryokalumni.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/7530"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/perryokalumni.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/perryokalumni.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/perryokalumni.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/perryokalumni.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=7530"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/perryokalumni.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/7530\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":7531,"href":"https:\/\/perryokalumni.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/7530\/revisions\/7531"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/perryokalumni.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=7530"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
