He is 17, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Baumgartner, 1119 Grove street.  Baumgartner was born May 21, 1943, in Barnsdall, and came to Perry in 1946.  He has been a member of the wrestling and football squads, Future Teachers, and has taken part in the English and Spanish assemblies.
