Rev. Rick Markham, pastor of the First Baptist church, will officiate. Burial will be at Grace Hill cemetery.<\/p>\n<p>Shoop was born at Perry, Dec. 9, 1924, and had lived all his life in the Perry community.  He was a 1942 graduate of Perry high school and married Norma Ewy at Perry, Nov. 20, 1948. He was a World War II veteran.<\/p>\n<p>Shoop was a member of the First Baptist church, was a 32nd degree Mason and member of the Scottish Rite Consistory. He was an employee of Charles Machine Works.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include Mrs. Shoop, of the home address; a son, Vincent A.
