W. Lynch, 925 Ivanhoe, was born in Perry and has attended both grade and high school here.<\/p>\n<p>He is a member of the Letterman&#8217;s club and the Alpha Eta.  He has been a member of the student council in 1943-44 and in the junior play in 1942-43.  He was also a member of the senior play cast in 1943-44.  <\/p>\n<p>Bob went out for football for five years and played quarterback. He was co-captain of the 1943-44 football team and won the Lion&#8217;s award in 1943-44, lettered as a junior and received honorable mention on the all state team.<\/p>\n<p>He is in the naval reserve V-6 program and expects to be called soon after graduation.<\/p>\n<p>After the war is over he hopes to be able to attend dental college.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"two_third last_column\">\n<h1>Robert Eugene Lynch<\/h1>\n<h3>September 15, 1926 &#8211; June 24, 1998<\/h3>\n<p>Robert E. Lynch, 71, of Edmond, OK, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 1998. <\/p>\n<p>He was born September 15, 1926 to Charles and Frances Lynch of Perry, OK. He attended Perry public schools, and graduated from there. He earned a BS degree in commerce from Oklahoma State University. <\/p>\n<p>Lynch married Carol Jean in 1953, and together they raised four children.<\/p>\n<p>He was a veteran of WWII, Korea, and served in the National Guard for a total of 20 years.
