- 18 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Dover lives at 734 Ivanhoe street. She was born October 24, 1921 in Perry.

Before coming to Perry to attend school she attended the Orlando school, Helena, Okla. school and schools in Hanford and San Bernardino, Calif.

She took part in a public speaking play, “Rich Man, Poor Man” during her high school career. Her hobbies are hiking, swimming, horse hack riding, fishing and sewing.

Edna plans to enter a hospital next year in order to take nurses’ training. She has not decided which hospital to enter yet.

Edna V. Moore, 83 year-old former resident of Gentry, Arkansas, died November 10, 2004, at Springdale Health and Rehab Center, Springdale, Arkansas.

Born October 24, 1921 in Perry, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of John Melugin and Onia Todd Melugin.

She was a longtime Gentry resident, moving to Gentry in 1984 from Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was a retired nurses’ aid for St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa.

She married Paul L. Moore, Sr. in Wichita, Kansas on August 3, 1942.

Edna was preceded in death by her husband Paul L. Moore, Sr.; one son, Paul Leon Moore, Jr.; one brother and two sisters.

Survivors include one daughter, Elaine Wood of Springdale, Arkansas; one sister Lillian Zemp of Perry, Oklahoma; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 12, 2004, at Wasson Memorial Chapel, with Dr. Robin Cowin officiating. Final disposition will be in Floral Haven, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Visitation will be 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, November 11, at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Arrangements are under the direction of Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
