Jack Kraemer, 18, is the son of Forrest A. Kraemer of 1008 Sixth street. He was born in 1928 in Perry and has always attended school here.
Since 1929 Kraemer has been a member of the school band. He also belongs to DeMolay, explorer post No. 3 of senior scouts and the national honor society. Kraemer was in the senior play this year and the junior play in 1945.
Following graduation he expects to enter the navy. If not, he will go to college.
Jack Wilburn Kraemer

Jack Wilburn Kraemer, 91, of Edmond passed away Sunday, January 20, 2019.
He was born January 9, 1928 in Perry, OK. He married Faye Adell Gregston Kraemer on December 16, 1951, in Duncan, OK. He was an Eagle Scout, in ROTC, and graduated from OK A&M College with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1951. He served in the US Air Force Reserve 3611 Field Squadron in aircraft maintenance. His career started at Rotary Engineering in San Angelo, TX; Frankfort Oil Co. in OKC, and the majority of his career was spent working at Haliburton, retiring in 1986.
Jack was known for his bee keeping skills, gardening, quick wit, and never knowing a stranger. He enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids. Jack was a long-time member of both Henderson Hills Baptist Church and Quail Springs Baptist Church. During the last 4 years he found great joy in his new friendships at Silver Elm Estates and attending church and Bible Study there.
Jack is preceded in death by his spouse of 66 years, Faye; son, Dr. Gregory Kent Kraemer; 2 brothers, Forest & Bob Kraemer; and sister, Doris Richardson.
He is survived by his daughters, Sondra Reeder (Jack) and Janet Kruska (Jay); son, Kevin Kraemer (Sheri); grandchildren, Derek Kraemer, Nathan (Christy) Reeder, Aaron (Calista) Reeder, Sarah Faye (Jermaine) Harrison, Lauren Kruska (Nick Davis), Maddie Kruska; great-grandchildren, Zaine and Corban Harrison, Asher and Emmit Reeder, Addy and Kennedy Firor, Eliana Reeder, Benton Kruska, Ellie and Aeroe Davis; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral Services will be at 10am, Friday, January 25 at Quail Springs Baptist Church with interment following at Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials can be made ‘In Remembrance of Jack Kraemer’ to Wings OK, a day program and workshop for young adults with disabilities, 13700 N Eastern Ave. Edmond, OK 73013.
