Mr. and Mrs. Larry Voss, 1012 Fifteenth street, are the parents of this 18-year-old senior. Larry Wayne Voss was born Dec. 14, 1967, in Perry and has attended Perry schools for all of his secondary education. He has been a member of Vocational Industrial Clubs of America for two years and lists body work as his favorite activity. English is the subject he likes best. Voss is a member of the Baptist church.

Larry Wayne (Stick) Voss, beloved husband, son, brother, father, and uncle, passed away on August 22, 2024, in Perry, Oklahoma.
Larry was born on December 14, 1967, in Perry, Oklahoma, to Larry and Georgia Voss.
He attended school in Perry from kindergarten through high school. While in high school he attended Indian Meridian Vo-Tech where he studied auto body. After graduation, he was employed by Ditch Witch and was a volunteer firefighter. He then became a full-time firefighter/ EMT, following in his father’s footsteps. He was also an employee of Kemnitz DX and Wilson Glass.
Larry’s passions were detailing cars, mowing lawns, painting, carpentry, and fishing. He would always lend a hand to anyone in need.
Larry’s memory will forever be cherished by his surviving family: wife, Crystal Voss; mother, Georgia Voss; sister, Myrna Kothe and her husband, Jerry; brother, Kenny Voss and his friend, Angel Justice; children, Jude Koehn, Carson Ewing and her husband, Richard, and Connor Powell and his wife, Cara; grandchildren, Reid Ewing, Collins Ewing, Charlotte Powell, and Silas Powell; nieces, Lindsey Braley and her husband, Andrew, Laci Sadler and her husband, Matt, Kaden Voss and his wife, Montse; great-nieces, Sydni St. Clair, Andilyn Braley, Cora Sadler; and great-nephews, Lincoln Sadler and Aceson Braley.
He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Ray Voss; uncle, Garry Voss; cousin, Trent Voss; Grandmothers, June Berger and Dixie Williams; and grandfathers, Lambert Voss and Lloyd Berger.
Larry will be remembered for his love and generosity with everyone around him.
A memorial service for Larry will be held on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Perry.
