Danny Joe Bounds

Danny Joe Bounds, 54, of Perry, Oklahoma was born on April 1, 1963 in Perry, OK. He is the son of Loren Cross and Junita Bounds. He passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2017.

Danny graduated from Perry High School. After graduating Danny went to work at Smith Trucking for a few years, He then went to work for Ditch Witch, where he was the lead machinist for over 30 years. His crew all loved and adored him and he was very proud of all the efforts his team put in each day.

With his free time, Danny enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing pool, and going to the casino to win the big bucks. Even though Danny was a quiet person he had one of the biggest hearts. If there was ever a friend in need, Danny would be the first to ask,
“What can I do to help?” He was a go-to guy and everyone who knew him appreciated his earnest efforts.

A private memorial service will be held for the family. There are numerous family members and friends cherishing his memory.
