Howard Earl Lambert

January 26, 1892 – September 10, 1975

Funeral was Saturday for a former Noble county resident; Howard E. Lambert, 83, Yuma, Colo., who died Wednesday at his home.

Lambert was a graduate of Perry high school, having moved to Oklahoma from Kansas while a child. He also attended Oklahoma State university and was a school teacher in Oklahoma schools before moving to Colorado.

He was a veteran of World War I, having served in the Army of Occupation in Germany. Lambert was a rural mail carrier in Colorado for many years before his retirement.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Tommy Boilers, Hender­son, Colo.; two sons, Beryl Lambert, Yuma; and Duane Lambert, Denver; a number of grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Velma Blankenship, Beverly, Mass.; and two brothers, Guy Lambert, Edmond; and Lloyd Lambert, 901 North Brookwood drive.
